A delicious and healthy side dish of roasted cauliflower and broccoli, seasoned with olive oil, garlic, and spices.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 head broccoli cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower and broccoli florets.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes if using. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and browned in spots. Stir halfway through cooking time.
  • Serve warm.
