A delicious and healthy side dish of roasted cauliflower and broccoli, seasoned with olive oil, garlic, and spices.
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 head broccoli cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower and broccoli florets.
- Drizzle with olive oil and add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes if using. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and browned in spots. Stir halfway through cooking time.
- Serve warm.
