This simple and delicious roasted carrots recipe brings out the natural sweetness of the carrots with a hint of garlic and thyme.
Ingredients
- 4 medium carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon thyme dried or fresh
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper until well coated.
