Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower and broccoli florets.
Drizzle with olive oil and add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes if using. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and browned in spots. Stir halfway through cooking time.
Serve warm.
