If you’re following a keto diet and craving something sweet, Keto Avocado Brownies are the answer. These rich, fudgy brownies are made without any flour or sugar, making them a perfect keto-friendly dessert. The star ingredient – avocado, adds moisture and a creamy texture while keeping the brownies low in carbs and high in healthy fats. They’re the perfect balance of indulgence and nutrition, satisfying your sweet tooth without compromising your diet.
The beauty of these brownies lies in their simplicity. Avocado replaces the need for traditional butter or oils, providing healthy fats while also giving the brownies a dense, moist texture. The avocado flavor is subtle, allowing the rich chocolate and vanilla flavors to shine. With a good quality cocoa powder and a touch of dark chocolate, the brownies turn out decadently rich and full of deep, chocolatey goodness.
To keep the recipe keto-friendly, a natural sweetener like erythritol or stevia is used in place of sugar. These sweeteners give the brownies the perfect amount of sweetness without raising blood sugar levels, making them ideal for anyone on a low-carb, ketogenic, or diabetic-friendly diet. A pinch of sea salt enhances the sweetness and deepens the chocolate flavor.
The brownies are easy to make, simply blend the avocado with the sweetener, cocoa powder, eggs, and a little baking soda. Pour the batter into a baking pan, and bake until they’re just set in the middle. The result is a dense, fudgy brownie that’s moist on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside.
Keto Avocado Brownies are perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings without derailing your diet. They’re full of healthy fats, low in carbs, and taste just as indulgent as traditional brownies. Whether you’re on a keto journey or just looking for a healthier dessert option, these brownies are a delicious, guilt-free treat that everyone will enjoy.

Super easy recipe! I love how healthy they are too. Can’t believe it’s keto-friendly! Yummy!
Meh, not great. The texture was weird and they didn’t taste chocolatey enough for me.
Um, can someone explain what erythritol is? Sounds like a science project instead of dessert. LOL
YUM! I added some nuts and it made it even better. Plus, it’s keto-friendly, so I can enjoy dessert without the guilt.
I added chocolate chips. It made a big difference! Yummy!
I don’t like almond flour. Can I use regular flour instead? I really want to try these.
I think regular flour won’t be good for keto though… Maybe just try it with almond flour? Just a thought.
Yes, you can use regular flour! They might turn out a bit different but it should still work.
Y’all, I just wanna say I don’t get how it works with the avocados, but my kids loved em! Gonna make again for sure. 5/5!
Easy to make but the taste is kinda weird. Not my favorite dessert, sorry!
Eh, tasted kinda weird. Not my fave. I’ll stick to regular brownies.
Cocoa is the secret ingredient for every sweet. So, this is a yes from me! 🙌
Why do you put eggs in brownies? I thought they were vegan.
I tried making these but they came out super mushy. Did I do something wrong??
These brownies are delicious! Can’t believe they are keto! My kids loved them too!
These brownies are surprisingly good! The avocado makes them super moist. Will definitely make again.
They’re sweet but not too sweet. I like that! Perfect for my Keto diet.
I followed the recipe step by step and they came out dry. Not a fan. 🙁
So easy and delicious! Perfect for keto! My kids even liked them, which is a win.
I don’t get it, why are we using avocados? Brownies should not be green lol.
Green brownies??! That’s just wrong! Brownies are supposed to be chocolatey and dark! I’m skeptical about this.
I thought the same way at first! But trust me, avocados actually make them super moist and delicious. You won’t even taste them! 😋
Quick and easy! Just what I needed for a snack.
I think I put too much cocoa powder? They tasted bitter.
Yeah, cocoa can be really strong! Next time try using less, like a 1/4 cup maybe? It’ll balance the sweetness better.
Delicious! Even my kids liked them and they hate avocado. 😂
Keto diet, here I come! Can’t wait to make these all the time!
Love that these are keto! My friend who is on a diet loved them. Thanks for sharing!
Skeptical… how can it taste good with avocados? I mean, I love avocados but brownies? 🤔
I can’t believe these are keto! Avocado in brownies sounds weird but I’m willing to give it a try. Thanks for the recipe!
Were they better than regular brownies? No way! But I guess it’s a healthier choice.
I totally disagree! I think these brownies are just as good, if not better. Avocado makes everything creamier!
The recipe is easy, but I dunno if I can get passed the avocado taste. A little odd lol.
These brownies are amazing! They taste so rich and chocolatey, I can’t believe they’re healthy! 5 stars!
Healthy?! I don’t know about that. Avocados and chocolate seem like a weird mix. But, hey, if you like them, go for it. 🤷♂️
I agree! These brownies are the best! I was skeptical at first, but they really do taste great! 🥳
Easy and quick! I threw in some walnuts for extra crunch. Yum!
Made these for my keto friends. Everybody loved them! Thanks!
My family loved them. Even my kids who hate avocados! 😂
I dunno, I followed the recipe exactly and they came out all mushy. Not my fave…
Wow, I was skeptical at first, but these brownies are to die for! Never thought I’d love avocados this much. 4 stars!
These brownies are amazing! You can’t tell they’re healthy at all!
Why would you put avocados in brownies? That’s just weird. I’m sticking to the regular recipe! 😩
Avocado? In a brownie??? Not for me. I’ll stick to regular chocolate ones! 😕
I can understand the hesitation! Maybe try just a small piece? You might be surprised! 🍫
I tried making these and I messed it up! I used too much cocoa and had to add sugar. Still, they tasted okay.
Don’t worry, it happens! I’ve added too much cocoa before too. Just adjust as you go, and just taste test. At least they tasted okay!
These brownies were okay, but I don’t think avocados belong in desserts. Just doesn’t feel right.
Um, kinda confused… is this even a brownie then? It looks like mush on a plate. 🤨
I was skeptical at first about using avocados in brownies, but they turned out surprisingly good! Who knew?
I totally agree! I was so surprised at how tasty these were! Avocados are magical! 😊
Really? I don’t know, avocados in brownies just sounds weird. Are you sure they tasted good?
Keto or not, brownies should have flour and sugar. Not for me! No offense!
Super simple and really helped my sweet tooth without derailing my diet. Will make again!
