Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed sweet potato cooked and cooled
- 1/2 cup almond butter or sub peanut butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the mashed sweet potato, almond butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and baking soda until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out mostly clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan before slicing into squares and serving.
