Fried Chicken and Vegetable Omelette
A delicious omelette filled with fried chicken and vegetables.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 6 eggs
- salt
- Pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook until softened.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the pan with the vegetables. Cook until the edges start to set.
- Add the fried chicken on top of the omelette.
- Flip one half of the omelette over the chicken and press down gently.
- Cook for another minute until the omelette is fully set and golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and serve hot. Enjoy!
