These delightful Blue Cheese and Apple Tarts combine the rich, bold flavor of blue cheese with the crisp sweetness of apples, all nestled in a flaky puff pastry.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed if frozen
- 2 ounces blue cheese crumbled
- 1 apple cored and thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut into six equal squares.
- Place the pastry squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
