Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut into six equal squares.
Place the pastry squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Evenly distribute the crumbled blue cheese onto each pastry square.
Top each with a few slices of apple.
Drizzle honey over the apples and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.
