These delightful Blue Cheese and Apple Tarts combine the rich, bold flavor of blue cheese with the crisp sweetness of apples, all nestled in a flaky puff pastry.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed if frozen
  • 2 ounces blue cheese crumbled
  • 1 apple cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut into six equal squares.
  • Place the pastry squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Evenly distribute the crumbled blue cheese onto each pastry square.
  • Top each with a few slices of apple.
  • Drizzle honey over the apples and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and flaky.
