Enjoy a traditional English Breakfast complete with eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, toast, and grilled tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 piece sausage Pork or beef
- 1 can baked beans Small can
- 2 slices toast White or brown bread
- 2 grams eggs Large
- 1 piece tomato Halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and sausage and cook until the bacon is crispy and the sausage is cooked through.
- In the same pan, add the tomato halves with a little olive oil and grill until slightly charred and softened.
- In a separate pan, heat a small amount of oil, crack the eggs into the pan, and cook to your liking (fried or scrambled).
- Heat the baked beans in a small saucepan over medium heat until hot.
- Toast the slices of bread and butter if desired.
- Assemble all the ingredients onto a plate and serve hot.
