not very filling 😕 makes me hungry again 30 min after eating!!!
These balls aren’t a meal, just snacks! If you’re super hungry after, try having them with a banana or something!
I totally get what you mean! They might not be super filling, but they’re a good energy boost. Maybe pair them with some yogurt?
Dumb question but can I use frozen figs? Don’t wanna go to store.
Meh, they’re okay. I thought they would be crunchier. more nuts next time!
Is the Nutritional Information for one energy ball? Or is it for the entire recipe?
The nutritional information is per serving, representing one energy ball. We’d love to hear about your experience with the recipe—how did it turn out?
I thought these were too sweet. Maybe cut down the honey next time. Not for me.
This is not a recipe. It’s just fruits mashed together! What is the difference?
Can I skip the chia seeds? I don’t have any and really wanna try this. Thanks!
These look great! Do they last long in the fridge? I wanna make a bunch.
Yum! I rolled it in crushed almonds instead of coconut. So tasty!
My kids loved them! I added some cocoa powder and they are bomb. Will definitely make again.
I subbed peanut butter for the honey since I was out. Came out great! Just a tad sweet for my taste though.
Energy?? More like snacks for squirrels. 😆 But they taste good!
Snacks for squirrels? I think they are more like little balls of joy. Just try them before you judge!
I don’t know what squirrels you are talking about, these are delicious! Perfect for my hikes! 🥳
Super easy to make! My kids loved rolling them up into balls. Will definitely keep this recipe!
So glad your kids loved it! My family enjoyed these too. Great recipe!
They look good but can you really call this cooking? It’s just mixing stuff!
These are soooo good! I can’t believe how easy they are to make. Thank you for sharing!
I’m glad you enjoyed them! They really are super simple. Perfect for a quick snack!
These are amazing! A great little snack for when I’m on the go. I used peanuts instead of almonds. Will make again!
I never thought of using peanuts! That’s a great idea! I’ll have to try it your way. Thanks for sharing!
But aren’t almonds healthier? Peanuts are cheaper tho, I guess. Wouldn’t mind trying to make em but not sure…
Can you really call these energy balls? Seems more like a dessert to me. 🤔
Didn’t have figs, so I used just dates and they turned out gooey. Not a fan.
I didn’t even know you could mix figs and dates like that. Gave it a go. Pretty good!
