Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 piece sausage Pork or beef
  • 1 can baked beans Small can
  • 2 slices toast White or brown bread
  • 2 grams eggs Large
  • 1 piece tomato Halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and sausage and cook until the bacon is crispy and the sausage is cooked through.
  • In the same pan, add the tomato halves with a little olive oil and grill until slightly charred and softened.
  • In a separate pan, heat a small amount of oil, crack the eggs into the pan, and cook to your liking (fried or scrambled).
  • Heat the baked beans in a small saucepan over medium heat until hot.
  • Toast the slices of bread and butter if desired.
  • Assemble all the ingredients onto a plate and serve hot.
