Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the mashed sweet potato, almond butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and baking soda until smooth and well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out mostly clean.
Allow to cool in the pan before slicing into squares and serving.
