Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears corn fresh, husked
  • 1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add corn and cook for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
  • Remove corn from the water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Brush the corn with melted butter, ensuring even coverage.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese evenly over the corn.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
