Mango and Yogurt Parfait
A delicious and healthy Mango and Yogurt Parfait recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 mango peeled and diced
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/4 cup Nuts chopped
Instructions
- In a glass or parfait dish, layer 1/4 cup Greek yogurt at the bottom.
- Add a layer of diced mango on top of the yogurt.
- Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the mango.
- Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of Greek yogurt.
- Sprinkle granola and chopped nuts on top as a garnish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
