Ingredients
- 200 grams asparagus trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 150 grams peas fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
