Turkey meatball sliders are a fun and flavorful twist on traditional sliders. With juicy turkey meatballs packed with herbs and seasonings, nestled between soft slider buns, these mini sandwiches are perfect for everything from casual weeknight dinners to game day gatherings. They’re easy to make, customizable, and a hit with both kids and adults.
The key to a great turkey meatball slider is all in the seasoning. Ground turkey, while lean and flavorful, can be a bit mild on its own. But with the right mix of garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, and a little Parmesan cheese, these meatballs are bursting with savory goodness. A splash of olive oil helps keep the turkey moist as it cooks, ensuring a tender bite with every slider. You can also add a bit of breadcrumbs to bind the meatballs together and give them the perfect texture.
Once the meatballs are cooked, they’re ready to be piled onto slider buns. A slice of melty mozzarella, a dollop of marinara sauce, and a sprinkle of fresh basil bring everything together into a little sandwich that’s full of flavor. Whether you serve them on soft white buns, whole wheat buns, or even lettuce wraps for a lighter twist, turkey meatball sliders are a versatile dish that fits any preference.
These sliders are also a great meal prep option. You can make the meatballs ahead of time, store them in the fridge, and quickly assemble the sliders whenever you’re ready. They’re great for lunchboxes, parties, or even a quick weeknight dinner. And if you have leftovers, they make a great topping for salads or a filling for wraps the next day.
Turkey meatball sliders are the perfect balance of savory, juicy, and satisfying. Whether you’re looking for an appetizer or a main dish, these little sliders are sure to be a crowd-pleaser that everyone can enjoy.

Yum! I added jalapeños instead of pepperoncini and it was 🔥! Definitely making these again!
Meatballs <3
The sliders were amazing! My kids loved them!
Easy to make! But I think I overcooked the meatballs…oops. They were a bit dry.
I don’t know, they were kinda dry. Maybe I overcooked the meatballs? I’ll try again with more milk.
Maybe just try not to bake them too long next time? Turkey can dry out fast! Good luck!
I think adding more milk could help! Don’t give up, sometimes it just takes a few tries to get it right. 😊
These sliders were a hit at my party! Everyone loved them! 5 stars!
Glad to hear it! These sliders are the perfect party food!
These sliders are a hit in my house! My kids love them and they are so easy to make. Will definitely be making them again!
I’m so glad your kids loved them! Turkey meatballs are such a great alternative too. Can’t wait to try this myself!
These sliders were a hit at my party! So juicy and flavorful. Will definitely make again!
DISGUSTING!!! Tasted like cardboard. Won’t make again. 😡
Like, how do you get the meatballs to stay together? Mine fell apart in the oven. 😒
Mmmmmm, I love turkey!!! Gonna make this every week! So good!!!
I’m not sure about turkey meatballs… I usually stick to beef. But these were surprisingly good!
Turkey? Sounds weird. I don’t think I’ll ever switch from beef. But I’m glad you liked it!
I can’t believe you tried turkey! That’s awesome! I’m always skeptical, but turkey can be good if seasoned right. Thanks for sharing your experience!
So good! I added some hot sauce to kick it up a notch! Super easy to make!
Hot sauce sounds awesome! I bet it gives it a nice kick! 😋 Can’t wait to try this recipe myself.
Super easy? But turkey meatballs? Aren’t they dry? I usually use beef! 🤔
Quick & easy, but not much flavor! I added some hot sauce, and it made all the difference.
These sliders were a hit at my party! Everyone loved them. Will definitely make again!
Not bad, but my kids didn’t like the pepperoncini. They found it too spicy.
I tried this recipe, but the meatballs were a bit dry. Maybe I should add more milk next time? 🤔
Adding more milk sounds like a good idea! You might also try mixing in some egg for extra moisture. 🍳
My kids loved them! They didn’t even notice they were eating turkey.
That’s awesome! I’m glad your kids enjoyed them. Sneaky ways to get them to eat healthier is always a win!
These sliders are amazing! So easy to make and perfect for game day. My family loved them!
Is 1/4 cup really enough milk? I added more and they turned out mushy..
These turkey sliders are a game-changer! So easy to make and super tasty. My kids loved them!
Super easy to make and clean up after! Perfect for busy weeknights. Yum!
These sliders were a hit at my family BBQ! Everyone loved them. Best turkey meatballs I’ve made!
Mine fell apart! What did I do wrong? 🤔
I had the same issue once! Maybe the turkey was too lean, or you need more bread crumbs. 🤷♂️
Maybe you didn’t mix it enough? Or the oven temp was off? Try again!
I was skeptical about turkey instead of beef, but these turned out great! Will definitely make again.
I tried this, but my meatballs were dry. Maybe I used too much bread crumb? Not sure I will make it again.
I think sliders are overrated. Tried this recipe and it was just okay, not super flavorful.
Wow, so good! I added some extra spices for kick and it turned out amazing. Must try!
I can’t believe how good these turned out! I also added some cayenne for a real kick. Totally agree, must try!!!
Not a fan of ground turkey but gave it a shot. Still tasted kinda weird. Maybe beef is the way to go.
Recipe is solid. Just had to add extra cheese because I like it that way. 🧀
Just okay. I feel like it was missing something. Maybe more spice? IDK didn’t do much for me.
Why pepperoncini? Like, that seems kinda random. Can I just use pickles?
Just made these and OMG! Delicious! I added some hot sauce and it took them to the next level.
Sounds amazing! I love adding hot sauce to everything. Great idea!
Hot sauce? Really? That seems kinda odd for turkey meatballs.
Sliders! Good for parties! But why is there no ketchup? Ketchup makes everything better!
Ketchup is definitely a must! You can never go wrong with a little extra flavor. 🍅
I dont know… they were okay but a bit dry. Maybe more milk or sauce next time?
Yum!! I used ground beef instead and it was awesome too! Who needs turkey?
I didn’t have pepperoncini, so I used jalapeños. They were good but a bit too spicy!
Using jalapeños instead of pepperoncini? That’s creative but I can see how it could be super spicy! Maybe just a few next time.
I dunno, jalapeños ain’t the same as pepperoncini. Might be too hot for some peeps but if you like it spicy, go for it!
These sliders are amazing! So easy to make and they taste great. My family loved them!
Too much cheese! Who needs to eat all that? Just stick to one slice. Thumbs down.
I actually think the more cheese, the better! It melts perfectly on those meatballs. Different strokes for different folks! 🌟
Too much cheese? Nah, it’s just enough! Cheesy sliders are where it’s at. Can’t wait to try this out!
These were okay, but the meatballs were dry. Maybe add some more milk?
Wow, these were delicious! Perfect for game day. I couldn’t find pepperoncini, so I used jalapeños instead. Still great!
I confused oregano with cinnamon, the taste was wild!! Mixed feelings lol.
Kinda dry, maybe less breadcrumbs? Idk if I will make again, 2 stars from me.
Honestly, I think it’s about how you cook them, not just the recipe! Maybe use a juicier turkey? 🤔
I had the same issue! The breadcrumbs made mine kinda dry too. I added an egg next time and it helped! Maybe try that?
Easy to make and healthy too, thumbs up! 👍
This felt like a lot of work for sliders. I prefer burgers!
They say turkey is healthier, but did you know beef has more nutrients? 😂 Just saying.
Seriously? I always thought turkey was better for you. Maybe I should switch?? 🤔
I think turkey is delish! But beef has its own kinda flavor, ya know? 😂
Totally gonna try this! But will substitute turkey with chicken, lol.
I tried it with chicken instead of turkey and it worked! Delish!
Why do you put cheese on meatballs? That just has to be wrong! I’m stickin to my beef meatballs. Never gonna try turkey.
YUM! 😍 I doubled the recipe and they were gone in minutes! Will definitely make again.
Very easy to make! I made a big batch and froze some for later. Great for meal prep!
Them sliders was tasty! I ate too many tho 🤣 Very worth making again!
Glad you liked them! They are really easy to make, aren’t they? 🤗
I dunno about sliders, but turkey meatballs are usually dry! Did you add enough sauce? 🤔
Wasn’t expecting much, but these were preety good. I used store bought marinara, still yum!
I followed the recipe, but I forgot the cheese. Still tasted good though!
Y’all sure it’s healthy? Ain’t turkey supposed to be lean? 😂 Who knows. But I like it!
Too much garlic!! My breath is killin me! But hey, at least they’re healthy!
I don’t like turkey meat. I used beef instead and it was still good. But I think turkey just ain’t for me.
Not bad, but the meatballs could’ve used more flavor. Maybe some chili flakes next time?
Luv these sliders! I added some jalapeños and it was super spicy! 🔥🔥
I found the meatballs a bit dry. Maybe add more milk next time? They weren’t the worst but not great either.
I totally agree! I added an extra egg once and it helped keep them moist. You could also try adding some grated veggies for moisture!
Milk in meatballs? Really? I never thought of that! But honestly, didn’t find it dry at all. Maybe it’s just the turkey?
Sliders yum! I didn’t had marinara sauce, used BBQ sauce instead. Still great!
Honestly, I didn’t get the hype. The flavors didn’t blend well for me. Might be better for people who like cheese more.
This isn’t how you make sliders. Where’s the beef???
It’s called turkey sliders because it’s healthier! Beef is not the only option.
Yum! Need to make them again!!
This is way too much work. Can’t I just buy frozen meatballs?
I dunno, but turkey meatballs just sound weird to me. I stick to beef.
Sliders good. Basil pretty! 🍃👍
Easy recipe, but I dunno about turkey. I prefer beef. Still, they looked nice!
Super easy to follow the instructions. I think mine turned out better than the picture! 😍
That’s awesome! I love when recipes turn out better than expected! What did you add to make it your own?
I don’t know about that lol. It seemed too simple. Are you sure it was even good? 🤔
Why should I use turkey? Just sounds wrong. Just get beef for sliders, that’s the way!
