Made this for dinner last night, everyone gobbled it up! Definitely making again!
I dunno, mine turned out mushy last time…maybe I added too much zucchini?
That’s awesome to hear! It’s such a simple yet delicious dish! What did you serve it with?
This was an awesome recipe! My family loved it! 😊
Zucchini is just a sponge for flavors!! 10/10 would recommend. Best veggie!
I tried it but it was too watery, maybe I needed to squeeze the zucchini more?
Just a bunch of green stuff, I don’t like it. Yuck! 🤢
Really don’t see the fuss over zucchini. This dish was just okay for me. 😒
Zucchini? Is that the green one?? My kids won’t eat this! No way! 🤷♂️
Zucchini? Yuk! I only tried it because my friend made it and I couldn’t say no, but I won’t make it myself. Just my opinion!
Meh. I thought it would be more flavorful. Needs more cheese, I think.
I actually found it quite tasty! Maybe try adding a sprinkle of parmesan on top for extra flavor next time.
More cheese? I think it has plenty already. Just try eating it with a cheesy side dish!
I dont like zucchini much, but this casserole was actually pretty good. Surprised me!
So easy to make, even my kids helped! They had fun shredding the zucchini.
I dunno… it seemed bland to me. Is the onion enough?
This is the best zucchini casserole I have ever made! So cheesy and delicious! 👍
I wasn’t sure about using zucchini like this, but it turned out great. I added some spices.
Zucchini casserole? More like a nightmare casserole lol.
Tried this and it was soggy… did I do something wrong? I followed the recipe.
Simples and good. Next time I will add some tomatoe and spice it up a bit. 😊
I substituted the zucchini for broccoli and it turned out awesome! Just saying!
Zucchini? Really? I ain’t tryin’ no green squishy stuff. No thank you.
Green squishy stuff? That’s a bit harsh! Zucchini is basically a vegetable superstar! 🙃
I used to think like you, but trust me, zucchini can be so good! You just gotta find the right recipe. Give it a chance!
This turned out great! The flavor is amazing, and my family loved it. Definitely a keeper!
Delicious! I added some spices like paprika and it was 🔥
This sounds delicious! Can’t wait to try it out. Love zucchini!
Looks good, but is it really that easy? My casseroles never turn out right.
Yum! Zucchini’s the best! Let me know how it turns out!
This was a hit at my dinner! Everyone loved it! Will definitely make again.
so easy to prepare! i added some spices and it was great!!!!
I’m glad you enjoyed it! What spices did you add? I’m always looking to improve recipes.
Yummm! Perfect side dish and healthy too! 👍
Do I really need to add the eggs? Can it be vegan?
I don’t think I did it right. Mine came out soggy and undercooked.
Wait… 375°F for 40 minutes and it gets golden? I think my oven runs hot, because mine browned way too fast around 25 minutes and the middle wasn’t set. I had to tent with foil and keep baking. Still yummy, just need timing tweaks.
Super easy to make, but I think I added too much garlic. Next time I’ll tone it down a notch.
Way too much onion for my taste. I barely tasted the zucchini!
What a great way to use up all that zucchini from my garden! Yum!
I don’t know, something just felt off with the taste. Maybe too much garlic? 🤔
Simple, but just ok. I think it needed more spices or something. Maybe garlic powder?
I don’t understand why you’d mix cheese and zucchini. Sounds weird.
I followed the recipe but came out mushy. Maybe I squeezed the zucchini too much? I dunno.
Tried this, and it was soooo good! I added some ground beef for protein. Yummy in my tummy!
I’m not too sure about this. I mean, zucchini? I usually just steam it. Baking it seems weird.
I thought the same at first! But trust me, baking brings out a unique flavor in zucchini. You might love it!
Weird? Nah, just different! I tried it and it’s actually pretty good! Give it a shot!
Delicious! Perfect for summer veggies. I used mozzarella instead of cheddar.
Using mozzarella sounds like a great twist! I’ll try that next time. Thanks for the tip!
This turned out so good—comfort-food vibes but still feels lighter with all that zucchini. I added a pinch of paprika too and it made the whole thing taste more “done.” 40 minutes was perfect for my oven.
The casserole was burnt on the edges and gooey in the middle. Not worth it.
Yum! Perfect dish for using up my garden zucchinis. Will make again!
Zucchini’s are gross, why would you even make this?
I made this and it was just meh…needed more flavor, I guess?
I mixed up the flour and forgot the salt…oops! Still ate it tho.
Who knew zucchini could be so good? I’m making this again for sure!
Yummy, but I used way too much garlic I think. Haha!
Garlic’s the best! A little extra can make things more flavorful! Just might need some mints after, haha!
This was a hit at dinner! My kids loved it!
So glad to hear that! My kids loved it too! It’s a great way to sneak in veggies.
So easy to make! Even my kids loved it. Will make again!
Yasss! Zucchini for the win! 🥒 I will make this for every potluck now!
Pretty good, but my casserole took closer to 50 minutes to set. Also squeezed the zucchini a bit next time because it seemed a tiny soggy. Still tasty though.
This is a game changer for my summer zucchini! Loved it!
I’m glad you loved it! Zucchini is so versatile; it really shines in this dish! 🍽️
Just made it, it smelled great while cooking! 🍽️
This is just like my mom used to make, brings back memories. 😊
I love that! My grandma used to make something similar too. Comfort food at its best! ❤️
Not bad, but I’m not sure about the flour amount. Mine turned out a bit dense, like an eggy loaf. Flavor was fine—cheddar and garlic carried it.
I think your flour was off somehow, or your zucchini was way wetter than average. Mine came out kinda like a frittata, but not dense. Next time try 1/3 cup flour or bake 5–10 min longer so it firms up.
Good catch. With zucchini, the moisture can really throw off the texture—if the zucchini isn’t well drained, it can go dense and “eggy.” I usually squeeze the shredded zucchini in a towel first and only use 1/4 cup flour as written. Also, letting it rest a few extra minutes helps it set.
I tried to make this for my family and they all said it was bland. I thought it would be better. Not happy. 😞
This is a great way to use up zucchini. I added a handful of shredded mozzarella because why not, and it got a nice stretchy vibe. Would make again!
I tried it but mine was kinda watery after baking, maybe I didn’t squeeze the zucchini enough? Still tasted good though. Next time I’ll wring it out more.
Totally agree—zucchini needs more love. I also like adding a little extra cheese for a richer top. Great idea!
Very soggy! Needs more flour maybe?
Easy and cheesy. My kids ate it without complaining 😅
Did I do something wrong? Mine turned out too dry…
Maybe you squeezed too much water out of the zucchini? That’s the key to keeping it moist!
Made this tonight and it was surprisingly comforting. The golden top was legit, and the zucchini stayed flavorful—not watery. I used a little extra pepper and it worked great.
