Chocolate Banana Bread
A delicious and moist chocolate banana bread recipe that is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth!
Ingredients
- 3 bananas ripe
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add the melted butter, granulated sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
