A refreshing and tropical smoothie made with fresh mango and coconut milk.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 mango ripe, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place the mango, coconut milk, ice cubes, and honey or maple syrup (if using) in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

      I had the same issue! Maybe try using less ice next time or frozen mango instead? It thickens up nicely.
