A fruit parfait is the perfect treat for anyone craving something light, refreshing, and packed with nutrients. This delightful dessert or snack is a beautiful layered combination of fresh fruits, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola. Not only is it visually appealing, but it’s also incredibly versatile, allowing you to mix and match your favorite fruits and toppings.
To make a fruit parfait, you start by choosing a selection of fresh, seasonal fruits. Berries like strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries are always a hit, but feel free to add other fruits like bananas, kiwi, or mango for variety. The key is to layer the fruit with creamy yogurt, which can be either Greek yogurt for added richness or a dairy-free alternative if you prefer. You can also use flavored yogurts or sweeten the yogurt with honey or maple syrup, depending on your preference.
Granola or nuts add the perfect crunch between the creamy and fruity layers, providing texture and a touch of sweetness. You can even sprinkle some chia seeds, shredded coconut, or a drizzle of honey for extra flavor and nutrition. The beauty of the fruit parfait is that it’s customizable to suit any taste or dietary need, whether you prefer it dairy-free, gluten-free, or high-protein.
Not only is a fruit parfait an ideal option for breakfast, but it also makes a great snack or light dessert. It’s easy to prepare in advance and perfect for meal prepping, simply layer the ingredients in a jar or container, and you have a grab-and-go treat for the week ahead. Packed with vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants from the fresh fruit, as well as protein from the yogurt, a fruit parfait is a healthy and satisfying way to enjoy the goodness of fruit.
Whether you enjoy it as a quick morning pick-me-up or a refreshing afternoon snack, a fruit parfait is a delicious and nutritious way to indulge in the natural sweetness of fruit.

I tried it but didn’t like Greek yogurt, used regular instead and it was meh.
I made this for my kids, and they crushed it! They loved the layers. Thanks for the recipe!
I’m so glad to hear that! It’s such an easy and fun recipe for kids. They get to make their own layers too!
So easy to make. But what’s the point of the mint? Taste like nothin!
I actually love the mint! It adds a fresh touch. Maybe try using more next time?
Why not just blend everything together and call it a smoothie?? 🤷♂️
Too many steps for a simple dessert. I just throw everything in a bowl! 🤷♀️
I used frozen berries. Do you think that will work? I’m skeptical.
This parfait was so refreshing! Perfect for breakfast. My kids loved it too!
Yummy fruit combo! 🍓🍇🍯 #HealthyEats
This looks so delicious! I love how simple it is to make. Can’t wait to try it! 😊
Yogurt again? I prefer ice cream, it tastes better! Not sure if this will do it for me. 🤷♂️
Mmm… I love berries. Made it with chia seeds too. Super healthy.
2 tbsp honey? I put more because I love sweet! 😊😍
Honey is the best part! A lil extra sweetness never hurt! 😊
But isn’t that too much sugar? I feel like the recipe is sweet enough as it is.
This was super easy to make and tastes fantastic! I love the layers. 😊
It’s okay, but I don’t see what’s so special about just mixing yogurt and fruit. Meh.
Fantastic! Thanks Coolinarco!
Yummy! But I think you should add some nuts next time for crunch!
Mint leaves… why? Just a fancy touch, but it won’t make it better.
Kinda confusing layers. I just mixed everything together. It was fine then.
It’s great that you still enjoyed it! Sometimes mixing it all together is a great shortcut!
Confusing? It’s just layers! What’s the big deal? Just dump it all in, lol.
My first try at a parfait! Tasted fantastic, kids said it was fancy. I’m fancy now!
That’s awesome! Your kids must be so proud! Parfaits are a great way to make healthy food look fancy. Keep it up!
This recipe is soooo good! I made it for breakfast and my kids loved it!
I dunno, I think there should be more granola. Mine turned out kinda mushy.
I totally get you! More granola would definitely help with that mushy texture. Maybe try letting the yogurt drain for a bit? That might help!
Too much granola, it overpowered everything. Less is more!
This is what I call a perfect snack! Also, can I use regular yogurt?
Regular yogurt should be fine! Just make sure it’s not too runny or watery. Enjoy your parfait!
Yummy! I can’t believe I made this! Is it really healthy though?
Not bad, but I used store-bought yogurt and it was too sweet with the honey. Next time I’ll skip it.
I totally agree! Store-bought can be way too sweet sometimes. Maybe try plain yogurt next time?
Idk, honey adds a nice touch! But I get it, everyone’s taste is different. 🙃
My kids loved it!! So colorful and fun, we will repeat this for sure!
I thought it was okay, but nothin special. I would like more flavors.
Yum! I added some bananas and mixed nuts. Super tasty! 🌟
I can’t eat Greek yogurt, used regular and it turned out great! How much honey should I use? I just guessed.
Uh, is this healthy?! Seems a lot of sugar if ya ask me.
Is it really healthy? I thought yogurt has a lot of sugar in it. Someone tell me!
This looks sooo good! I’m definitely trying this for breakfast tomorrow! 🍓
Yasss! You’re gonna love it! It’s the perfect way to start the day! 🍓🥣
