Burrito
A burrito is a delicious Mexican dish consisting of a flour tortilla wrapped around various fillings such as beans, rice, cheese, and meat.
Ingredients
- 4 flour tortillas warmed, large
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup chicken diced or shredded, cooked
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup lettuce shredded
Instructions
- Lay one tortilla on a flat surface.
- Add a quarter of each ingredient (rice, beans, cheese, chicken, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce) in the center of the tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center, then roll it up from the bottom to secure the fillings.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and place the burritos seam side down in the skillet. Cook until the tortilla is golden and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
- Serve warm and enjoy your burritos!
