Italian Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 piece pizza dough approximately 12 inches in diameter
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce use your favorite
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano optional
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil optional
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Place the rolled-out dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Distribute the sliced mushrooms evenly on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese, and add dried oregano and basil if desired.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
