Lay one tortilla on a flat surface.
Add a quarter of each ingredient (rice, beans, cheese, chicken, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce) in the center of the tortilla.
Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center, then roll it up from the bottom to secure the fillings.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and place the burritos seam side down in the skillet. Cook until the tortilla is golden and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
