A delicious and easy-to-make sheet pan salmon dish with a tangy lemon garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Place the salmon fillets on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the lemon garlic butter sauce over the salmon fillets, making sure to coat them evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
