Ingredients
- 2 pieces English muffins split in half
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese sliced into ghost shapes
- 8 pieces black olives sliced for eyes

- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the English muffin halves on a baking sheet.
- Spread a layer of pizza sauce over each muffin half.
- Top each with a cheese slice cut into a ghost shape.
- Place two olive slices as eyes on each ghost.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
I made them for Halloween and they turned out cute, but I think the oven time needed closer to 15 because the muffins stayed a bit dry at 10. Still good though.
Love this idea for Halloween! Cute ghosts for sure. I usually start checking at 10 too—mine vary depending on how thick the muffin halves are, so 12–15 makes sense. Glad they were still tasty!
