Grilled Beef and Vegetable Skewers with Sumac
These grilled beef and vegetable skewers are seasoned with sumac for a tangy and flavorful twist. Perfect for summer grilling!
Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sumac
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, salt, and pepper.
- Thread beef cubes, bell pepper pieces, and red onion pieces onto skewers.
- Brush the skewers with the sumac marinade.
- Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.
