A delicious and healthy recipe for grilled beef and sweet potato rounds

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound beef round steak cut into rounds
  • 2 sweet potatoes medium, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season beef rounds with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Brush sweet potato slices with olive oil.
  • Grill beef rounds for 2-3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
  • Grill sweet potato slices for 4-5 minutes per side, or until tender.
  • Serve grilled beef rounds and sweet potato slices together.

    I dunno, grilling the sweet potatoes seems weird. Can you bake them instead? Also, I think more seasoning could help.

      I think grilling is the best way to cook them, but if you prefer baking that works too I guess. Just don’t leave them on too long!

      Grilling gives sweet potatoes a unique flavor! You should totally try it, but baking is fine too. Just make sure to season them well!
