Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound beef sirloin cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 2 tbsp sumac
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, salt, and pepper.
  • Thread beef cubes, bell pepper pieces, and red onion pieces onto skewers.
  • Brush the skewers with the sumac marinade.
  • Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.
