Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchini sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the zucchini slices to the bowl and toss them to coat evenly.
  • Place the zucchini slices on the grill and cook for about 3-5 minutes per side, until tender and grill marks appear.
  • Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
