Ingredients
  

  • 4 zucchinis medium, sliced into rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the zucchini rounds with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning until evenly coated.
  • Spread the zucchini in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender and slightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the zucchini.
  • Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

      I dunno, I think zucchini’s kinda bland. Garlic won’t fix that all the time.

      Cheese melting is tricky! I just throw it in for a bit and hope for the best, lol. 😅
