Honey Sriracha Turkey Meatballs
Delicious and spicy honey sriracha turkey meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup cilantro finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, cilantro, garlic, egg, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the meatballs. Cook for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.
- In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce and 1 tablespoon of honey. Drizzle the sauce over the meatballs and continue cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
