Honey Sriracha turkey meatballs are the perfect answer when you want something savory, spicy, and just a little bit sweet. These bold, bite-sized delights offer a playful twist on traditional meatballs by combining lean ground turkey with the irresistible pairing of honey and sriracha. The result is a dish that’s full of flavor and perfect for everything from meal prep to party snacks.
At the heart of these meatballs is ground turkey, which serves as a lighter alternative to beef or pork but still brings plenty of richness. Turkey takes on flavor exceptionally well, making it the perfect canvas for the sticky, spicy glaze that sets this dish apart. Sriracha adds heat and depth, while honey brings in sweetness and balance, creating a coating that’s both lip-smacking and addictive.
What’s great about these meatballs is their versatility. You can serve them over rice or noodles for a full meal, toss them into lettuce wraps for a low-carb option, or simply pile them onto a platter with toothpicks for a crowd-pleasing appetizer. They’re equally delicious hot out of the oven or served cold as part of a meal prep plan. Add a drizzle of extra sauce, and you’ve got a flavor-packed protein option that’s anything but boring.
These meatballs also work beautifully for those who love to prep ahead. You can make a big batch, freeze them, and reheat whenever you’re in need of a quick and satisfying dish. Whether you’re feeding a hungry family or just stocking your freezer for the week, they’re a reliable go-to.
Honey Sriracha turkey meatballs strike a delicious balance between comfort food and bold, modern flavors. They’re easy enough to make on a weeknight but special enough to impress guests. Whether you’re serving them as an appetizer, main dish, or lunchbox favorite, one thing is certain – they won’t last long once they hit the table.

I mixed up the step and added everything to the pan without mixing first … they still turned out okay, I guess!
Meatballs are fine but I think beef is better…more flavor, ya know?
meh. not my fav. i dont like meatballs that much 🤷♂️.
Totally get you! Meatballs aren’t for everyone. But maybe try them with a different sauce? 🤔
This recipe seems too simple to be good. I’m skeptical, but I might try it.
I messed up and used regular chicken instead of turkey. They still tasted good tho.
Easy to make but the texture was kinda off… Do you think it’s the breadcrumbs?
Meatballs good!!! Yum yum!
So easy to make! Just mixed everything and cooked them in the air fryer instead. Yumm!
Can someone tell me if these freeze well? I made a big batch for meal prep.
Yes, they freeze really well! Just make sure to let them cool completely before you put them in a freezer bag.
Great recipe! I used chicken instead of turkey and they were yum! Def a keeper.
These meatballs are amazing! The honey and sriracha combo is fire! 🔥
I totally agree! The sweet and spicy flavors are to die for! My family devoured them!
I don’t get why people put honey in meatballs. It’s kinda weird, right? But I tried it and it was decent.
I actually love honey in meatballs! It adds a sweet touch that balances the spice. Don’t knock it till you try it again!
Great, but next time I will try with chicken instead. Turkey just ain’t it for me.
I understand! Chicken can be really juicy. But give turkey a chance too! It’s pretty good if seasoned right.
Nah man, turkey is the best! Chicken is too dry for meatballs. You gotta try it again!
Why do you need cilantro? It’s gross. Just saying.
I don’t like turkey much, but these turned out really good. I was surprised!
Really? Turkey is usually kinda dry, I don’t know how you liked it. Gonna stick to beef for meatballs.
I’m glad to hear that! Sometimes turkey can be surprisingly tasty when it’s cooked right. I’m definitely trying this soon!
Why does everyone like these? I thought they were just okay. Sriracha is too spicy for me.
I think they’re great! Maybe you just don’t like spicy stuff too much. Have you tried making them with less sriracha? Just a thought!
Meatballs are good but I think honey is too much.
I’m not much of a cook, but if I can make these, anyone can!
These meatballs are a game changer! So delicious, I can’t stop eating them!
Honey in meatballs? What kinda cooking is that? Not for me. 🥴
I’ve never cooked with turkey before. Turned out pretty good but they fell apart a bit. Are they supposed to do that?
Yes, turkey meatballs can sometimes fall apart, especially if they’re not packed tightly enough. Try adding a bit more breadcrumbs next time!
Meatballs? With HONEY? Sounds weird but I gave it a shot! Honestly, I loved them.
These meatballs were a huge hit at dinner! The honey and sriracha combo is just perfect. Will definitely make again!
I didn’t think honey and sriracha would work but now I wanna try it! Thanks for sharing your experience!
My family loved em! But my 4 yr old ate only the honey part, lol. 🤷♀️
Meatballs taste good, but took forever to cook them fully. Maybe next time I’ll bake.
Baking them sounds like a good idea! Saves time and they might be juicier too!
Whoever thought of honey and sriracha is a genius! These are 🔥🔥🔥
Disappointed. Followed the recipe exactly, but they fell apart in the pan. What did I do wrong?
I thought the recipe was easy, but mine fell apart while cooking. Maybe I added too much sauce?
I think maybe you just need to form the meatballs a bit tighter. I’ve had that happen too! You got this!
Quick and easy recipe! I had all the stuff at home. 😊👍
Absolutely loved these! So easy and the flavors are spot on. My kids gobbled them up!
This is too spicy, I couldn’t handle the heat. Plus, isn’t sriracha for tacos?
I dunno about that, spicy is the way to go! But yeah, there’s lots of sauces for tacos, who really cares?
I think sriracha goes with everything! But if you’re sensitive to spice, maybe try using less next time or finding a milder sauce?
Too spicy for my taste! My kids wouldn’t eat it. Maybe cut the sriracha in half next time.
These meatballs are fantastic! The honey and sriracha really make them pop. Definitely a new family favorite!
Too spicy for my taste. I couldn’t even finish them. Not everyone can handle heat!
Did not taste good at all! The flavors were weird. Stick to traditional meatballs.
Just made these and they burnt! I need to check the temp next time…
I don’t know, the honey seems weird with meatballs. I won’t be trying this.
I thought it sounded odd too at first, but the sweetness of honey really balances the spiciness of Sriracha! Give it a chance!
I made these for my family, but my kids said they were too spicy. Maybe use less Sriracha next time?
I tried this recipe but used chicken instead of turkey. Didn’t turn out the same… Maybe turkey is better?
Looks easy but I mess up every recipe 😩. Cooking’s not my thing…
I was skeptical at first with the honey, but wow! It really balances the spice. Great recipe, thanks!
Really? Honey in meatballs? That’s weird!! But glad it worked for you, I might try it but still not sure.
I completely agree! The honey really does make a difference. I never would have thought to mix sweet and spicy. Delicious!
These were amazing! So flavorful and juicy! Will make again!
I’m glad you loved them! They’re so easy to make and the flavor combo is out of this world! 😍
Too spicy for my kids. I think less Sriracha next time. 🥵
Love that you used turkey! It’s a healthier option for meatballs. Great idea!
I dunno, I heard turkey can be dry. Ever used chicken instead? Might be tastier.
I agree! Turkey is a great choice, plus it’s so lean. Can’t wait to try these meatballs!
I don’t like turkey, I used beef instead. Still came out great!
I bet it’s good, but isn’t the turkey part the best? Beef’s too greasy sometimes.
Beef sounds yum too! I’m glad it worked out for you. Those flavors must be great together!
Great recipe. I’m not a chef but it was simple enough. I’ll try it again!
Isn’t sriracha too spicy for meatballs? I prefer ketchup for mine.
Wowza, these are good! I added some pineapple in the mix for sweetness. Yum!
Yum! I love the sweet and spicy combo. Can eat these all day!
Absolutely! Sweet and spicy is the best flavor combo. Can’t wait to try these! 😊
These meatballs are so tasty! The honey and sriracha combo is a winner. Definitely making this again!
These meatballs are AMAZING! The honey and sriracha combo is just perfect. My family loved them!
I’m glad your family enjoyed them! I’m gonna try this recipe over the weekend. Looks tasty!
Are these healthy? I thought turkey meatballs were supposed to be low fat but then you add honey? 🤔
Meatballs turned out great! I used chicken instead of turkey and they still tasted good. Highly recommend!
These meatballs are lit 🔥! Can’t get over how delicious they are. Will make this again!
