In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, cilantro, garlic, egg, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the meatballs. Cook for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.
In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce and 1 tablespoon of honey. Drizzle the sauce over the meatballs and continue cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
