Ok dip, but my kids didn’t like it. I think they prefer ketchup. 🍅

Kids can be picky! Maybe try adding some more sweetness? A bit of sugar could help.

Not for me. The honey was overpowering and I couldn’t really taste the dill at all. Maybe try less honey.

Mine turned out thicker than expected and I think I over-stirred? Still tasty though. Might add a tiny splash of water next time.

Over-stirred? Or maybe you used like “strong” dijon? Also dill gets kinda thick when mixed a lot—idk. Next time try less dill? Or just add lemon juice? Mine was runny so yours sounds like a measurement thing.

This happened to me too—probably over-stirring once the honey and mustard start to cool. I now mix just until it’s smooth and stop. A tiny splash of water sounds perfect for loosening it up!

Very good! But I thought it was a bit too sweet for my taste. Added more mustard to balance it out.

Idk why but mine turned grainy after refrigeration? Maybe my mustard was old. Still tasty though.

    1. User avatar Siona Atreides says:

Mine did same thing… i think its the honey? but i still ate it too 😅 Next time i’ll use fresh dill and maybe warmer honey. Grainy dip gang lol

Oh yeah, mustard can definitely do that—some kinds separate or get a little gritty when chilled. I’d try whisking it again after taking it out of the fridge. Also check that your honey/dijon aren’t old or crystallized.

Dill? Isn’t that a bit too much flavor for mustard? 🤔
