A delicious and creamy vegan spinach dip that is perfect for parties or as a snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen spinach thawed and drained
- 1 cup vegan cream cheese
- 1/2 cup vegan mayo
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the vegan cream cheese, vegan mayo, nutritional yeast, diced onion, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
