Whether you’re hosting a party, looking for a snack, or need an appetizer for a gathering, this vegan spinach dip will satisfy everyone’s taste buds.

To make this delicious dip, you begin with fresh spinach, sautéed with garlic and onion to bring out their natural sweetness and depth of flavor. The spinach is then mixed with a creamy base made from cashews or tofu, which provides a rich, smooth texture that mimics the creaminess of traditional dairy-based dips. Nutritional yeast is added for a cheesy, umami flavor, while lemon juice and a pinch of salt give it a bright, tangy kick.

The beauty of this vegan spinach dip lies in its simplicity and versatility. You can serve it cold or warm, depending on your preference. Pair it with crunchy veggies like carrot sticks, cucumber, or bell peppers for a healthy snack, or serve it with pita chips, crackers, or toasted bread for dipping. It’s also a great addition to any spread at a party or potluck.

This dip is not only a fantastic dairy-free alternative, but it’s also packed with nutrients. Spinach is loaded with vitamins and minerals, and the creamy cashew base offers healthy fats and protein, making this dip a satisfying, guilt-free treat. Whether you’re vegan, lactose-intolerant, or just looking for a healthier dip option, this vegan spinach dip is sure to be a hit at any event.

Quick, easy to prepare, and full of flavor, this vegan spinach dip is a perfect addition to your snack repertoire, offering a creamy, dairy-free alternative that everyone will love.

Why do you use vegan mayo tho? Just use real mayo! Whatever floats your boat, but I like the real deal.

Is vegan mayo really a thing? Would it taste the same as real mayo? I dunno.

  24. 2 stars
Just okay. Took way longer to make than I thought it would. Didn’t have time to chill it either, so that may be why.

    1. 4 stars
I understand! Chilling can make a big difference. Next time, try making it ahead of time. The flavors really shine when it sits! 😊

Isn’t nutritional yeast just for vegan cheese?? Why’s it in this dip? Cuz I don’t get it.

  26. 4 stars
