Sausage and Bell Pepper Skillet
A delicious and easy one-pan meal made with sausage and bell peppers.
Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage links sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sausage slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
