Instructions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add sausage slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Stir in oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
