Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup water as needed for consistency
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Gradually add water, a few tablespoons at a time, whisking until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
- Season with salt to taste.
