Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Pasta Any type of pasta you prefer
  • 150 grams Shiitake mushrooms Sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Extra virgin
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper Freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, until tender.
  • Mix the cooked pasta into the pan with the mushrooms and garlic. Toss well to combine.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top before serving.
