Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 whole wheat pita
  • Greek Salsa
  • 2 Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • red onion small, diced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives pit removed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped fresh
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  • Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  • Remove chicken from grill and let rest for a few minutes. Slice into strips.
