A delicious and juicy chicken burger perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients
- 1 piece chicken breast boneless, skinless
- 1 piece burger bun split
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 2 leaves lettuce fresh
- 2 slices tomato
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 slice onion
- to taste black pepper and salt
Instructions
- Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper.
- Grill the chicken breast on medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Toast the burger bun on the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden.
- Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the bottom half of the burger bun.
- Place the grilled chicken breast on the bun, followed by cheddar cheese, tomato slices, onion, and lettuce leaves.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
