Grilled Beef and Pepper Jack Stuffed Burgers
Delicious grilled burgers stuffed with pepper jack cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 ounces pepper jack cheese cut into 4 slices
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, onion, and condiments for serving
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the ground beef mixture into 8 equal portions. Flatten each portion into a thin patty.
- Place a slice of pepper jack cheese in the center of 4 patties. Top with another patty and press the edges together to seal.
- Grill the stuffed burgers for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Serve the burgers on toasted buns with lettuce, tomato, onion, and your favorite condiments.
