Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef lean
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  • Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  • Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  • Reduce the heat to low and simmer the mixture for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Spoon the meat mixture onto the hamburger buns and serve hot.
