Grilled Mediterranean Salmon is a perfect blend of health and taste, ideal for weeknight dinners or weekend gatherings. This dish brings the bright, vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean coast straight to your plate with minimal effort and maximum flavor.
The star of the dish is, of course, the salmon, rich in omega-3 fatty acids and naturally tender. It’s marinated in a simple yet flavorful mix of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and classic Mediterranean herbs like oregano, thyme, and parsley. This marinade not only enhances the flavor but also helps keep the fish moist during grilling.
Once marinated, the salmon is grilled over medium-high heat, allowing the outside to develop beautiful char marks while the inside stays flaky and juicy. The smoky flavor from the grill complements the freshness of the marinade perfectly. For best results, leave the skin on while grilling to help retain moisture and prevent sticking.
Serve the grilled salmon with a light cucumber and tomato salad, a side of couscous or orzo, or some grilled vegetables like zucchini and bell peppers. A dollop of tzatziki or a drizzle of tahini dressing adds an extra layer of Mediterranean flair.
This dish is not only delicious but also incredibly nutritious—packed with protein, healthy fats, and bright, natural ingredients. Whether you’re entertaining or looking for a quick and healthy dinner, Grilled Mediterranean Salmon is a wholesome, satisfying choice that’s sure to please everyone at the table.

Seems too complicated for a busy weekday. Just grilled some plain salmon instead.
Absolutely delicious! The flavors are amazing, my family loved it!
Looks good, but is salmon really that healthy? I mean, it’s fish but still has calories.🤔
I’m so glad to hear that! This recipe is a family favorite for sure. What did you serve it with?
Super easy recipe! I made it last night and it was delicious 😋.
I’m glad you enjoyed it! The feta really adds a nice kick, doesn’t it? 😄
What is sun-dried tomato? Sounds fancy, I just used ketchup…
Sun-dried tomatoes are just dried tomatoes! They kinda taste sweet and tangy, way better than ketchup! You should try it!
I don’t get why you’d put feta on salmon. Seems weird to me.
Easy to make, but I think my grill was too hot. Burned part of it, oops!
Yeah, grilling can be tricky! Try turning down the heat next time. The salmon is still gonna taste good, even if it’s a bit charred. Don’t sweat it! 😅
OMG! So good! Even my kids who usually hate fish gobbled it up!!
5 stars, but can you make it more spicy? Love spicy food!
Grilled salmon? Really? I thought salmon was supposed to be baked. This seems weird to me.
Ok but the instructions are kinda confusing. Do I put all the stuff on it before grilling or after? I guess it worked out fine in the end.
Can you use chicken instead of salmon? Asking for a friend.
Salmon on the grill? No thanks. I prefer it baked. Just doesn’t taste right otherwise.
Loved this recipe! The flavors were amazing and the salmon turned out perfect. Definitely a keeper!
I didn’t have feta, so I used cheddar instead. It was alright, but not the same. Maybe I’ll try again with the right cheese.
Yum! My family devoured it in minutes. I added some extra lemon juice. Thank you for this recipe!
This salmon was so flavorful! My family loved it. Will make again!
Sounds delicious! I’ll have to try it! 😍
Simple and awesome! Will definitely make again!
Yum! I substituted the feta with goat cheese and it still tasted great!
Goat cheese sounds like a yummy swap! I might try that next time.
I tried this but it was too salty for my taste. Maybe less salt next time?
Grilled salmon? More like grilled…whatever. Not impressed.
I think you’re missing out! This salmon is delicious, especially with the feta and olives. Give it a try!
