Ingredients
- 1 fillet salmon fresh
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp ginger grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes optional
- 1 tbsp green onions chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, and olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pour the garlic-ginger mixture over the salmon, making sure it’s evenly coated.

I followed the recipe but it turned out dry. I don’t think 25 mins is enough for thick fillets. Should have checked sooner.
