Breaded Toasted Ravioli is a delicious appetizer where ravioli is breaded and toasted to golden perfection, served with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
Ingredients
- 20 pieces ravioli frozen or fresh
- 1 cup breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup marinara sauce for dipping
- 1/4 cup oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese.
- In another bowl, mix beaten eggs with milk.
- Dip each ravioli in the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Fry ravioli in batches for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce on the side.

I don’t know, something about frying ravioli sounds kinda weird. But I guess some people like it. Not for me, though.
