Breaded Toasted Ravioli is a delicious appetizer where ravioli is breaded and toasted to golden perfection, served with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.

Ingredients
  

  • 20 pieces ravioli frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup marinara sauce for dipping
  • 1/4 cup oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese.
  • In another bowl, mix beaten eggs with milk.
  • Dip each ravioli in the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  • Fry ravioli in batches for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  • Serve hot with marinara sauce on the side.
