Tarragon chicken features tender chicken simmered in a creamy tarragon sauce. This simple yet elegant dish is full of flavor and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breasts Boneless
  • 1 can artichoke hearts Quartered, in water
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • Tarragon vinegar
  • Seasoned breadcrumbs
  • olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.
  • Roll the chicken cubes in seasoned breadcrumbs until they are fully coated.
  • Brown the chicken cubes in the olive oil until they are golden brown on all sides. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove the browned chicken from the pan and place it in a baking casserole dish.
  • Add the quartered artichoke hearts to the casserole dish with the chicken.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder evenly over the chicken and artichokes.
  • Drizzle tarragon vinegar over the mixture.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.

  • You can prepare the casserole up to this point and refrigerate it.
  • When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40 minutes.

      Tarragon vinegar is made from tarragon leaves and is quite different from regular vinegar! It’s got a unique flavor! You can try normal vinegar, but it won’t be the same. 😊
