Mini Cheesecake Strawberries are the kind of dessert that feels fancy but takes almost no time to make. These little bites are sweet, creamy, and bursting with fresh flavor. Perfect for parties, holidays, or whenever you need a quick treat, they offer all the richness of cheesecake in a light, fruit-forward form.
The concept is simple. Fresh strawberries are hollowed out and filled with a creamy cheesecake mixture made from cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. The result is a smooth, tangy filling that pairs beautifully with the natural sweetness of the berries. You can pipe the filling in for a polished look or simply spoon it in for a rustic charm. Either way, they look beautiful and taste even better.
These mini cheesecake strawberries are endlessly customizable. Top them with crushed graham crackers for that classic cheesecake crust vibe, or add mini chocolate chips, a drizzle of melted chocolate, or chopped nuts. You can even use flavored cream cheese or mix in a bit of lemon zest to brighten the filling.
They are naturally portioned, making them perfect finger food for showers, brunches, and dessert platters. Plus, since there’s no baking involved, they come together in just a few minutes and can be made ahead and chilled until serving.
Not only are they delicious, but they also offer a lighter alternative to traditional cheesecake, making them great for warm-weather gatherings or when you want something sweet that won’t weigh you down.
Mini Cheesecake Strawberries prove that you do not need a complicated recipe to make something that looks impressive and tastes amazing. With just a handful of ingredients, you can create a treat that is fresh, creamy, and impossible to resist.

So easy to make! I made them for my kids and they loved it. Definitely a keeper! 🎉
She has crafted a marvelous summer snack with incredible passion, keeping others in mind, and creating the healthiest, least messy dessert.
Is it really necessary to freeze them? Mine turned out a bit hard after freezing. Maybe just chilling would work?
Absolutely delicious! I made these for a party and they were a huge hit!
Sounds super tasty! I’m going to try making these for my next gathering. How many strawberries did you use?
Very nice! But why is it called mini cheesecake if there’s no baking? Just curious!
Easy and quick! I might’ve added too much condenced milk. Oops, but still delicious!
Too much condensed milk? Haha, we all do it! But glad to hear it still turned out delicious! 🙌
So good! Can’t believe how simple it is! I will make again for my family!
I used regular vanilla and they still tasted good. Not sure if that changes anything!
These mini cheesecakes are amazing! I made them for a party and they were gone in minutes. Definitely a crowd-pleaser!
I dunno, my mixture came out kinda runny. Maybe I did somethin wrong?
These are super yummy! The vanilla makes all the difference. 👌
Too sweet for me! Next time I’m cutting down on the condensed milk.
Ugh, why do people always gotta make stuff sweet? Just use regular cream cheese, you’ll get more balance.
I totally get that! I will try adding less condensed milk too. Maybe some yogurt for tanginess?
I tried this but it was too sweet for me. Maybe less condensed milk next time.
Honestly, I think more condensed milk makes it better! Just my opinion! 😏
I totally get it! The condensed milk can be really sweet sometimes. Less is more, I say! 😊
I used strawberries and blueberries! They turned out pretty good! 🍓💙
Not worth the effort. I thought it was gonna be like real cheesecake but it ain’t. Meh.
These are amazing! I made them for a party, and they were gone in minutes. Definitely a hit!
I’m glad to hear that! They sound delicious! Definitely gonna try them for my next gathering.
But aren’t strawberries not sweet enough for cheesecake? I dunno, seems a bit off to me.
These are amazing! So easy to make and they taste delicious!
yum! strawberries r my fav! gonna make these all the time now!!!
These are okay, but I thought they would be more flavorful. Maybe I used too much cream cheese?
Do you have to freeze them? I don’t have a freezer space, can I just refrigerate?
Easiest recipe ever! But how do you chop a strawberrie? Do you mean cut it?
LOVE THIS RECIPE!!! 😍 So easy and sooo good! I added a little graham cracker crust at the bottom and wow!
This is not cheesecake tho, where’s the eggs and crust? It’s just a fruity mix. 😒
Sooo easy to make! Just threw it together and it turned out great. Highly recommend!
I’m glad it turned out great for you! I’ve been wanting to try this recipe. 😊
I think the cream cheese is too much. Shouldn’t there be more strawberries? 🤔
Easy recipe but I added a bit of sugar to sweeten it up more!
Made these for my kids. They loved them! Best thing ever!
That’s awesome! I’m so glad they enjoyed it! My kids loved them too! 🍓
Hmmm… I think I might just eat the strawberries plain next time. These sound weird to me.
These are sooo yummy! I made them for a party and everyone loved them. Will definitely make again!
Yum! But is it really necessary to use that much condensed milk? I think it might be too sweet.
I’m so glad you enjoyed them! They are a hit at any party. 🎉
This is literally just ice cream in a strawberry. Not sure why it’s called a cheesecake.
I’m not sure about using condensed milk. Isn’t that too sweet? Mine turned out a bit too cloying for my taste.
Not my fav. I prefer full cheesecakes, not mini ones.
Hmm, how do you ‘chop’ strawberries? Do I just slice them? 🤔 Anyway, going to try this!
I don’t know, it felt like they needed something else. Maybe some lemon zest? Not bad but not great.
These are soooo good! My kids loved them!
I’m so glad to hear that! These are definitely a hit with kids, right? Perfect for summer!
Really? I found them to be too sweet. I think I used too much condensed milk. Not my fave!
Yummy! 😋 My kids loved them. Will make again for sure!
I’m so glad your kids enjoyed them! 😍 These are a hit in my house too! Thanks for sharing!
I found the recipe too sweet. I think there’s too much condensed milk…

These are amazing! My kids loved them, they kept asking for more!
I’m so glad to hear that! These cheesecakes are a hit at every party I bring them to. I’ll definitely be making them again!
I think it needs more sugar, my sweet tooth is crying lol.
I don’t like cream cheese, can I use Greek yogurt instead?
Yum! Just used regular vanilla, still taste good! Gonna try with other fruits too.
That sounds great! I’ve tried with blueberries too, and it was amazing. Can’t wait to see what other fruits you use!
You sure regular vanilla is just as good? I feel like Mexican vanilla has a richer flavor. Just sayin’!
Not as good as I thought it would be. Kinda bland. Needs more flavor or something.
Not a fan of cream cheese… maybe try with whipped cream instead? 🤷♂️
Meh. Thought it would be better. They weren’t very filling and didn’t have enough flavor for me.
I actually loved them! They were sweet and perfect for a summer treat. Maybe you didn’t mix enough flavor in?
I forgot to freeze them and just served them chilled. Still good!
Serving them chilled sounds like a great idea! I might try that next time.
Chilled? I thought they need to be frozen! Isn’t it supposed to be like a bite?
I tried this with raspberries instead of strawberries and it was alright. Not the same vibe.
Super easy to make! Just amazing how something so simple can taste so good! 🍓
Looks good, but why so much condensed milk? Isn’t that unhealthy?
I tried this recipe and it turned out perfect! So good! 😍
Not a fan. Too creamy for my taste. Maybe I’ll stick to just plain strawberries.
This is a total hit at parties! Everyone asks for the recipe!
yum! i like strawberrys can you use other fruits??
Absolutely! You can use other fruits like blueberries or raspberries. Just chop ’em up the same way. 🍓
Why do you have to freeze? Can’t just eat it straight away? 🤷♂️
These were a hit at my party! So delicious and easy to make!
Delicious! 💖
Not sure about using condensed milk, isn’t that too sweet? 🤔
I made these for a party and they were a hit! Everyone loved them! 🎉
Yummy! So simple! I used vanilla extract instead of Mexican vanilla and it still rocked.
I tried it with vanilla extract too and it turned out great! Who needs Mexican vanilla anyway?
So simple and delicious! Made these for a party and they were gone in minutes!
