Seasoned breadcrumbs

Instructions
Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.
Roll the chicken cubes in seasoned breadcrumbs until they are fully coated.
Brown the chicken cubes in the olive oil until they are golden brown on all sides. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
Remove the browned chicken from the pan and place it in a baking casserole dish.
Add the quartered artichoke hearts to the casserole dish with the chicken.
Sprinkle garlic powder evenly over the chicken and artichokes.
Drizzle tarragon vinegar over the mixture.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
