Ingredients
  

  • 1 fillet salmon fresh
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp green onions chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, and olive oil.
  • Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pour the garlic-ginger mixture over the salmon, making sure it's evenly coated.
  • Optionally, sprinkle red pepper flakes over the salmon for a hint of spice.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
